旺能环境3月4日公告，公司计划以不超过1.80亿美元（约合人民币12.44亿元）的总投资，在印度尼西亚勿加泗市新建一座日处理量1,500吨的生活垃圾焚烧发电厂。该项目由公司全资子公司旺能香港与PT Adyawinsa Electrical and Power成立联合体合资公司，再与印尼国家主权基金PT Danantara Investment共同设立印尼项目公司负责投资、建设与运营。
