兴业银锡公告称，公司于2026年3月2日决定出售全资子公司双源有色60%股权，分别向湘湘物流、海南竹源各转让30%。按约定二者应在协议签署后7个工作日支付51%首期款1.06亿元。3月4日公司收到湘湘物流、海南竹源首期款各6000万元，合计1.2亿元，占全部股权价款57.79%，公司将按后续进展及时披露信息。
