沙特阿美3月4日表示，出于安全考虑，公司已“调整原油货物装运操作”，并正将出口量运往红海港口。沙特阿美最大的原油出口码头位于波斯湾的拉斯坦努拉（Ras Tanura），由于霍尔木兹海峡基本封锁，当地航运交通已陷入停滞。
