北京商报讯（记者 魏蔚）3月4日，阶跃星辰宣布，继 Step 3.5 Flash 模型开源，又开源了这款 Agent 基座模型的预训练/中训练/训练框架。据介绍，Step 3.5 Flash 是阶跃星辰迄今为止能力最强的开源基础模型，具备强大推理能力与 Agent 智能。
