马达加斯加公共卫生部2日通报，该国近日出现自去年12月暴发猴痘疫情以来的首例死亡病例。马达加斯加公共卫生部发言人马米·兰德里亚表示，死者为一名3岁儿童，因病情严重入院治疗，后因并发症死亡。
