财联社3月3日电，据报道，新加坡金融管理局(MAS)与包括两大黄金做市商瑞银、摩通等多家金融机构会谈，评估把新加坡发展为实物黄金交易枢纽的可行性。知情人士透露，新加坡有意发展成为黄金贸易及仓储枢纽，并获央行及家族办公室等机构支持。而新交所亦正评估市场对新黄金合约的需求。相关规划仍处于初步阶段，不排除未来或有调整。
