财联社3月3日电，美国国务卿鲁比奥3月2日声称，美国之所以对伊朗发动军事打击，缘于以色列将袭击伊朗，而美国也将成为伊朗报复对象，因而决定“先发制人”。鲁比奥对媒体记者说：“我们知道以色列将采取行动，而那将加速（伊朗）对美军发动攻击。如果我们不对他们‘先发制人’，我们就会承受更高伤亡。” (新华社)
