近日，有监控显示，在超市一下行扶梯入口，黑衣女子为扶自家孩子上电梯，将扭扭车随手“扔”到手扶梯上，结果扭扭车一路碰撞下滑，绊倒前方抱着婴儿的白衣女子。导致孩子闭合性颅脑损伤，白衣女子腰部也受伤，却只愿意赔偿2000元。
