皖天然气（603689）发布公告，董事会于近日收到公司职工董事李鲲提交的辞职报告，因工作原因，李鲲申请辞去公司第五届董事会职工董事职务，离任时间为2026年3月3日，原定任期到期日为2028年7月15日。
2025年前三季度，皖天然气实现收入38.12亿元，归母净利润2.62亿元。
