3月3日，久之洋（300516）发布公告，董事会同意选举非独立董事李海波为董事长，任期至第五届董事会任期届满之日止。根据公司章程，董事长为公司的法定代表人，本次选举后公司法定代表人由李海波担任。
同时，公司补选李海波为董事会战略与投资委员会主任委员，审计与风险委员会委员。
2025年前三季度，久之洋实现收入3.57亿元，归母净利润2175万元。
