3月3日，声网母公司 Agora, Inc. (NASDAQ: API) 公布2025年Q4及全年财报。财报显示，第四季度Agora, Inc. 实现总营收3816万美元，同比增长10.7%。全年总营收 1.41亿美元，同比增长5.9%（若不含已终止的低毛利业务，增速为11.4%）。在美国通用会计准则下，公司全年净利润 953万美元，净利润率 6.8%，第四季度净利润为492万美元，净利润率12.9%，已连续五个季度实现 GAAP 盈利。
