新华社阿克拉3月2日电（记者高剑飞）加纳警方2日证实，该国中部阿哈福省一处小型非法矿坑日前发生坍塌，造成至少9人死亡，另有4人受伤。
阿哈福省警方发言人说，事故发生于2月28日深夜。目前已从坍塌矿井中找到9具遗体，遇难者均为男性。
警方已部署警力和挖掘机投入救援，全力搜寻可能的幸存者。4名伤者已被送往附近医院。事故原因仍在调查中。
