人民财讯3月3日电，江西铜业(600362)3月3日早间公告，公司于2025年12月24日（伦敦当地时间）通过全资子公司江西铜业（香港）投资有限公司，以每股28便士现金就收购SolGold plc全部已发行及将要发行股本（不包括公司现已持有的股份）发出正式要约。2026年3月2日(伦敦当地时间），经英国法院裁决庭审，本次收购方案获得批准，并预计将于2026年3月4日（伦敦当地时间）正式生效。
