格隆汇3月2日丨*ST华闻(000793.SZ)公布，2026年2月28日，公司收到海口中院送达的《决定书》[（2026）琼01破16号]，指定华闻集团清算组担任公司管理人。2026年3月2日，公司收到海口中院送达的《复函》[（2026）琼01破16号之二]及《决定书》[（2026）琼01破16号之一]，海口中院同意公司在重整期间继续经营，并准许公司在管理人的监督下自行管理财产和营业事务。
