3月2日，新迅达（300518）发布公告，近日召开第五届董事会第三十四次会议，审议通过了《关于聘任公司副总经理的议案》。公司决定聘任卢宝宝为副总经理，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第五届董事会届满之日止。
2025年前三季度，新迅达实现收入1.04亿元，归母净利润-2772万元。
