人民财讯3月2日电，佳先股份(920489)3月2日公告，控股子公司安徽英特美科技有限公司（简称“英特美”）年产1000吨电子材料中间体项目开工仪式在当日举行，标志着该项目已正式进入施工建设阶段。据悉，前述项目产品为合成苯乙烯类光刻胶单体的关键原料，项目预计于今年年底前基本建成。
