3月2日，洲际油气（600759）发布公告，公司总法律顾问Ms.Delatour,GraceFan因个人原因辞职，辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。辞职后，Ms.Delatour,GraceFan不再担任公司任何职务。
2025年前三季度，洲际油气实现收入15.37亿元，归母净利润8308万元。
