3月2日，路畅科技（002813）发布公告，顾晴子已取得深圳证券交易所颁发的上市公司董事会秘书培训证明，符合《深圳证券交易所股票上市规则》规定的董事会秘书任职条件。
自取得培训证明之日起，顾晴子正式履行公司董事会秘书职责，之前由公司董事长唐红兵代行的董事会秘书职责不再继续。顾晴子的任期为三年，与公司第五届董事会任期一致。
2025年前三季度，路畅科技实现收入2.61亿元，归母净利润-6952万元。
