日前，南海区九江镇工程建设中心发布了《佛山市环两江先行区九江片两江流域沿线老旧小区改造项目招标计划》。
计划指出，拟对九江镇江滨社区、沙头社区和儒林社区内共19处老旧小区进行提升改造，用地面积共约4.25公顷，建筑面积共约14.19万平方米。
