据企业预警通数据，2026年前2个月（最新批复日期口径），共有28家银行通过合并、解散、注销等方式退出。其中，2家为农村资金互助社、26家为村镇银行。
据财闻此前统计，企业预警通数据显示，截至2025年12月24日10:00，2025年内有437家银行公告通过解散、合并或注销等方式退出，其中以地方农商行、村镇银行为主，大幅超过2024年全年退出量。
