新京报贝壳财经讯 3月1日，三一重工发布公告称，截至2026年2月底，公司已累计回购股份7267.92万股，占A股总股本的0.86%，累计已回购金额为13.55亿元，实际回购价格区间为17.39元/股-19.39元/股。回购方案首次披露于2025年4月4日，预计回购金额为10亿-20亿元，回购期限为2025年4月3日至2026年4月2日，用途为员工持股计划。2026年2月公司未实施股份回购。
