石维达，号小糊涂客、虬眉道人，中国国画院华东分院名誉院长，中央文史馆画院安微分院特邀研究员、安徽省政府文史馆特聘书画研究员。安徽省新华学院客座教授，好诗文书画，绘事以笑佛，观音，钟馗等题材为擅。秉持厚朴，倡行善乐。
