总台记者当地时间3月1日获悉，在美国驻卡拉奇领事馆外发生的抗议活动中有至少6人死亡、多人受伤。抗议活动是在伊朗最高领袖哈梅内伊遇害后发生的。
当天稍早前，伊朗方面证实其最高领袖哈梅内伊在2月28日上午遇袭身亡。（总台记者 崔如）
