当地时间27日，荷兰外交部对以色列与加沙地带、黎巴嫩及埃及交界的边境地区的旅行警告调升为红色，即“非常危险，请勿前往”，这是荷兰旅行安全提示中的最高风险等级。
荷兰外交部称，鉴于“中东地区目前紧张局势，以色列安全形势不明朗”等因素，建议“在任何情况下都不要前往上述地区”。同时对以色列其他地区发布橙色旅行警告，即“非绝对必要请勿前往”。
