人民财讯2月27日电，合康新能(300048)2月27日公告，拟向美的集团定增募资不超过16.52亿元，用于高压变频器研发及产业化项目、光伏并网逆变器研发及产业化项目、户用储能系统研发及产业化项目、分布式光伏标杆电站建设及研发项目、补充流动资金。本次发行后，美的集团及其一致行动人广东美的暖通设备有限公司将合计持有公司35.08%股份。
