SBI Holdings 与 Startale 集团宣布推出日元稳定币 JPYSC，由 SBI Shinsei Trust Bank 负责发行管理，SBI VC Trade 担任主要分销伙伴，Startale 负责技术开发，JPYSC 定位机构及跨境支付场景，支持传统基础设施与多链互操作。产品预计 2026 年第二季度上线，待监管批准。（The Block）
