近日，凯因科技发布公告称，公司与杭州先为达生物科技股份有限公司就GLP-1相关药物技术转让合作签订了补充协议。补充协议旨在明确公司与先为达生物在未来收益分成方面的安排。
根据协议，标的产品的未来浮动收益分成比例为：如采用重组表达工艺，则公司可获得5%的收益；如采用化学合成工艺，则公司可获得2.5%的收益。
