新京报贝壳财经讯 2月25日，珩湾科技在港交所发布公告称，公司正计划将旗下分拆实体进行分拆，并推动其在纳斯达克独立上市。公司已依据第15项应用指引，向香港联交所提交了关于拟议分拆的提案，且联交所已批准公司实施此项拟议分拆。
