长实集团2月26日在港交所公告，长实附属公司、电能实业附属公司等就出售UK POWER NEWORKS订立协议。长建、电能及长实分别持有UK Power Networks的40%、40%及20%股权。据测算，此次出售总交易金额约105.48亿英镑（约合1108亿港元）。
