财联社2月25日电，雷诺集团与沃尔沃集团、达飞集团签署具有约束力的股权收购协议，雷诺将在完成欧盟及相关地区反垄断审批后，收购沃尔沃持有的45%Flexis SAS 股权、达飞持有的10%Flexis SAS股权，实现对该公司全资控股，协议预计2026年上半年正式生效。
