财联社2月25日电，广州市天河区黄埔大道以南、马场路以东地块北侧（T2026-030）2月25日开始竞价。经过243轮竞价，最终由越秀公司竞得该地块，成交总价236.0365亿元，溢价率26.60%，折合居住成交楼面地价8.5489万元/平方米，已位列历年第1（超过2023年10月海珠琶洲西区AH040331地块的7.5670万元/平方米），超过面粉厂148轮竞价出价次数记录。
