贵州轮胎公告称，2026年2月24日收到控股股东贵阳工投告知函，2026年2月14日完成工商变更登记。贵阳产业发展控股集团等三方将持有的贵阳工投82.6529%股权，以100亿元转让给贵州省产业发展有限公司。
公司控股股东仍为贵阳工投，间接控股股东由贵阳产业发展控股集团变更为贵州省产业发展有限公司，实际控制人由贵阳市国资委变更为贵州省国资委。
