杨茜尧（杨怡）1999年，参演个人首部电视剧《状王宋世杰》，从而进入演艺圈。
杨卓娜2001年参加香港小姐竞选加入香港无线电视成为其旗下艺员。
杨怡和杨卓娜是亲姐妹，虽然在差不多相同的时候加入TVB，为什么杨怡现在已经是大女主，但是其姐姐大部分都是饰演戏份不多的绿叶角色。但是据我所知杨卓娜的演技也不差，可能是缺点机会吧，感觉好可惜。
