2月24日，碧桂园境内主要发债主体碧桂园地产集团有限公司和腾越建筑科技集团有限公司发布境内债务重组的进展，涉及碧桂园旗下9只债券。公告显示，重组主体拟对9笔标的债券进行购回，合计拟购回资金总额上限为4.5亿元。购回登记期为2026年2月27日至2026年3月12日，购回资金兑付日为2026年4月2日。（澎湃新闻）
