2月24日，河南聂女士反映，过年初六返程期间在洛阳高速区休息时，12岁孩子的千元红包不慎掉落，而自家车身摄像头拍下一名陌生男子捡红包全过程。“他先用脚踩住红包，然后四周观察，就一直摩擦着给红包捡走，我们看到他的车牌是陕西渭南的车牌，希望知情人给我们一个线索，里面有1255元。”目前，当事女子已报警。
