财联社2月25日电，临近午盘，PCB概念异动拉升，明阳电路20cm涨停，此前诺德股份涨停，胜宏科技涨超10%，德福科技、铜冠铜箔、嘉元科技、兴森科技等跟涨。消息面上，日本半导体材料厂Resonac宣布自3月1日起调涨铜箔基板（CCL）、黏合胶片等印刷电路板（PCB）材料售价、涨幅达30%以上。
