2月24日，Stripe宣布了一项针对员工和股东的要约收购，公司估值由此锁定在1,590亿美元。相比一年前的915亿美元，增幅巨大。本轮资金由Thrive Capital、Coatue Management和a16z（安德森·霍罗维茨）等顶级风投提供。据这家金融科技公司披露，其2025年的总交易额（TPV）增长34%，达到1.9 万亿美元。Stripe表示，2025年实现了“强劲”盈利，其收入套件预计在2026年将达到10亿美元的年化收入运行率（Annual Run Rate）。
