根据中国证券监督管理委员会天津监管局在2026年2月24日发布的公告，刘兢因内幕交易被罚没68万元。
经查明，内幕信息敏感期内，刘兢与内幕信息知情人多次通话联系，刘兢控制使用证券账户，于2024年5月27日买入相关公司股票，交易金额合计58万元，内幕信息公开后全部卖出，经计算，获利7.9万元。
