瑞萨电子2月24日宣布，公司面向ADAS的车规级片上系统R-Car V4H，已被应用于丰田汽车全新RAV4车型的TSS控制单元。R-Car V4H为高阶ADAS应用设计，可在RAV4中运行多项ADAS处理功能，包括摄像头与雷达传感器融合、驾驶员监测、智能泊车及全景视图等。
