2月14日，中国人民银行上海市分行行政处罚信息公示表显示，建信人寿保险股份有限公司因未按照规定开展洗钱风险评估或者健全相应的风险管控制度，未按照规定开展客户尽职调查，未按照规定报告可疑交易，被罚款人民币249.78万元。刘某对公司未按照规定开展客户尽职调查的违法行为负有直接责任，被罚款人民币1.58万元。
