据辽宁日报，记者从水利部门获悉，今年辽宁省计划实施水利项目584个，其中重点项目301个；计划完成水利投资不低于284亿元。除岗山水库外，还要启动永平、生金、关山二、挂钟岭等多座新水库建设的前期工作。备受关注的辽东半岛水资源配置工程，也将在今年启动建设工作。
