2月23日，阿斯麦（ASML.US）表示，通过提升功率，可将光刻机极紫外光源的功率提升至1000瓦特，预计到2030年极紫外光刻机的每小时晶圆产量可增加50%。阿斯麦是全球唯一一家生产商用极紫外光刻（EUV）设备的公司，该设备是台积电、英特尔等芯片制造商生产先进计算芯片的关键工具。
