【司机注意绕行！杭瑞高速老营至大理永平路段拥堵】据@云南交警 22日下午12时25分发布消息，杭瑞高速老营至大理永平路段（瑞丽往大理方向）车流量过大已形成拥堵，交管部门目前在老营收费站实施临时分流管制，请驾驶人服从现场工作人员指挥下站绕行320国道，也可提前从板桥收费站下站绕行320国道至杉阳以后收费站上站避开拥堵路段。（@云南交警）
