吴说获悉，DBA 宣布完成 6200 万美元二期基金募集，此前于 2023 年募集 5000 万美元一期基金。两期均为 10 年封闭式风险投资基金，专注早期领投，同时覆盖全阶段投资。投资方向为互联网原生金融市场，包括比特币、稳定币、DEX（如 Hyperliquid）、ICO 平台（如 MetaDAO）及预测市场 / 影响市场。基金由创始人 Michael Jordan 及 Jon Charbonneau 主导。
