当地时间2月19日，匈牙利总理府部长古亚什·盖尔盖伊表示，如果乌克兰继续阻断通过“友谊”输油管道向匈牙利输送石油，匈方将采取进一步的报复措施，目前正在考虑停止对乌克兰的电力和天然气出口。古亚什·盖尔盖伊称，乌克兰的做法“不可接受”，违背了对欧盟的承诺。此外，据其透露，匈方已释放其战略石油储备，可供该国支撑3个月。
