山西省公安厅2月18日消息，春节期间，全省公安机关快办快侦快破各类违法犯罪案件，形成有效震慑，创造了良好治安环境。
2月17日，农历正月初一，长治市公安局屯留分局刑侦大队抓获涉嫌电信网络诈骗案犯罪嫌疑人张某。目前，该犯罪嫌疑人已被依法采取刑事强制措施。
