当地时间2月18日，斯洛伐克政府因乌克兰中断俄罗斯石油过境运输，宣布自19日起进入国家石油紧急状态。
斯洛伐克政府批准从国家紧急储备中借给斯洛伐克炼油厂（Slovnaft）最多25万吨石油，约够一个月用量，以确保市场供应稳定。
