据路透社报道，闪存制造商闪迪（Sandisk，SNDK.O）表示，西部数据（Western Digital，WDC.O）将出售其持有的闪迪股份，总价值31.7亿美元。
据闪迪披露，西部数据计划出售超过580万股闪迪股票，每股定价545美元。该价格较闪迪昨日（2月17日）收盘价590.59美元折让约7.7%。
西部数据主营硬盘驱动器，此次股份出售为其资本运作安排。
