财联社2月17日电，国际原油价格短线下挫，WTI原油跌0.58%，报62.388美元/桶；布伦特原油跌1.71%，报67.475美元/桶。在17日结束的第二轮伊美谈判中，双方就一些总体问题达成一致，在谈判代表团与各自国家政府汇报磋商后，伊美双方将继续讨论细节问题。
