财联社2月14日电，美国移民与海关执法局（ICE）计划在年底前投入383亿美元建设拘留中心，用来拘留拟被驱逐的移民。根据该计划书，ICE将收购16座建筑并改造为区域拘留中心，每处可容纳1000至1500人，平均拘留时间为3至7天。此外，ICE还将开设8个大型拘留中心，每个中心可容纳7000至10000人，平均拘留时间约为60天，这些中心将成为拟驱逐出境移民的主要拘留地点。 (环球时报)
